It will give you permissions finally. I looked at other games in my library without this issue and they all the file as an executable(computer screen icon) and not that paper text icon. It will turn the paper icon into an exec and you can play as normal! Just allow permissions as normal.
If you wanna try for other games, just "chmod +x" the base game application, then whole contents folder, then the contents folder, then chmod +x again for the MacOS(the whole folder) and then finally chmod +x the gamefile within the MacOS folder. It changes the icon and thats how you'll know it will work. This way for it to be on the safe size, just giving permissions for everything to execute lol. Just work your way from the outside to the inner most game app file lol, I just did it again with another game with more files. I had to chmod +x for a total of 6x, but all I did was drag and drop the files. Once you get used to it, its easy. Hope this helps.

I found a Bug that some Pictures wont unlock even so i did the Animation for it. I did the Double Zombie but the Picture Zombie cum 2 is still locked, The Snowman Picture is locked too, The Scorpion cum 2 Picture is also locker even so i did it in Game. And the Pictures of These Red skelleton Guys are also bugged And Not able to be unlocked. But iam also only Level 11 so far so i write more If i find more bugged Pictures that Cant be unlocked

The vampires or flying rats end up flying against the walls unkillable, the worms at the begin sometimes are invincible too, another annoying one is when you go "pregnant" to bring monsters to the sister,the character gets stuck giving birth and also becomes immune to damage and can't be moved, you have restart to continue playing, that's everything I've seen so far since I'm only on level 5

If you're going to do level 18, then how about adding some big monster like at level 17, like a spider, because as we know, Hayley hates spiders. I would also add skins for Anna that would give a bonus. Level 17 was suppose to be infested with only spiders but that idea was dropped. No skins for Annie unfortunately in her gameplay. Well, maze part is reserved for Hailey but there will be interesting final level for Annie. Masturbation option was added without any thoughts since it was there in Parasite in City game.
I think the milk you are referring to is not implemented well. It's suppose to heal Annie for 30 seconds.

Goblin boss and slime is not in the game yet. Golem is removed from current build. It's available in old build though.
