To get those bird you need to fight Mena, for this you'll need to do the quest given by the npc one the far left on the surface of the 17 level when it's done go back to the npc she'll rewards you with a key, this key unlock the place on the left of the 14 level in which you will find a secret place with an other npc in it, this npc will talk a bit about the story, then go back to the level 5. On this level you will find a sign saying "free gold" follow this signe into a secret place and there you will find Mena, when fighting her she will spawn demon bird do you will je able to get the animations you wanted. how do i unlock annies levels?
I may be wrong, but you can probably unlock all levels by just finishing the Hailey levels
To unlock Annie's levels, you need to find and save the girls on levels 3, 8, 11 and 15, then look for yourself
