The animations of the NPCs in the game are not made with children, only Annie and the four lost girls, the zombie and the shop owner, and Annie's expedition was not with that black-haired boy to help.
no, to use annie go to main menu > extras > annie's expedition (something like that). to unlock that annie missions you have to complete hailey's missions and find all hidden things like (secrets, hidden npcs, get contact with that npcs) there will be empty slot of annie's mission section menu, LAGS have working on it.
Since you now include lot of characters, quests and cutscenes then one question what if there will be a nudity mode where everyone is naked (including barefeet), perhaps it can be triggered when the character bought a naked costume.

He is working solo on these projects that's why it takes so much time, how much can one person do all on his own just think, give the man his time i have a feeling the next update will be big. Focus on other things, get some exercise and relax. The updates will come some day that's for sure. Patience always gives nice fruits.
