No but when you tap the burger icon (the one for healing) it gives you 10 health so you could spam it to get thousands of health and finish the game with ease
For the bottom one you have to masterbate during the boss, and then restart to redo boss and then try to live for as long as you can until she spawns more of the chickens

Under goblin there are 3goblin and 4 goblin versions secret enterance in level 15, right of the platform with the zombie, and the third one under ghost you have to die to shell worm in lvl 17
This is actually a bit of a tough one, you have to get jelly Hailey outside of the dungeon and to the shop girl before it dies. Also, you can do the same with the zombie
