Find a secret place beyond the golden gate in level 14. Should be on right most side. Talk to Regina and interact with the laptop to spawn Mason. Now make jellyhailey just out of the secret place and bring it him.

I finished playing all Hailey's level but I can't find where I can access Annie's levels. (I played 0.6.3 first and then downloaded 0.7.3.)
Annie's level is only available in version 0.7 and above. Play version 0.7.3.4, find the girl on level 3, 8, 13, 15.
